Forty years ago my friend and I got together to do our Christmas baking. This was one of our recipes. Bite sized pecan pies. They can be baked ahead of time and frozen.

Description
Crust:
2 - 3 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese
2 Sticks of Butter
2 Cups of Flour
Combine and refrigerate for 24 hours. Shape in tassie tins.
Pecan Filling:
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Margarine
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecan
Combine filling ingredients, pour into shells and bake at 350° for 17 minutes then lower oven to 250 and bake 10 minutes more.
