Description
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg White
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
3 Cups Pecan Halves
DIRECTIONS
Beat egg white until stiff. Add brown sugar and beat well. Fold in nuts, salt and vanilla.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Don’t let them get very brown.
